We turn international assignments into an experience

Who We
Are?

We are a Mexican boutique immigration firm with more than 30 years of experience, proudly supporting local, regional, and multi-national companies, as well as foreign entrepreneurs who recognize Mexico as a country of opportunity.

We have assisted more than 500 companies of varying sectors and industries within Mexico. We have aided more than 5000 assigned and family members who have decided to live in Mexico due to professional or personal reasons, even some of whom have decided to adopt the Mexican nationality.

Our
Purpose

Having a positive impact creates purpose in what we do. We establish long-term relationships with our clients and seek to assist them along the way by adding value through our expansive list of services and extensive network which simplifies the migration process.

We like to do things differently; we aim to challenge the status quo and think outside the box. We personalize our services to each client, and this is shown in the delivery and alternatives we provide so they can reach their objectives.

We like to be good hosts; therefore, we have created a business model with the goal to impact people’s lives. This is done through our attentive and detailed services that have allowed us to challenge client’s paradigms or prejudices before they arrive to our country.

We provide end-to-end services, beginning with the processing of their job assignment in Mexico, right until their departure, and beyond. We become their trusted advisor, available for assistance at any time.

Why
immigration?

We discovered that, in this market niche, we can have a deeply intimate relationship with foreigners, thanks to our business model and the position they have within their organizations.

This creates openness and understanding of challenges, priorities, and objectives. This grants us the opportunity to help them through other solutions, such as “Bespoke”: A company that is also part of the Santos & Becker group.

How it Is Done?

We believe our business model is based on three pillars:

Relationship with authorities:

Our success with international job assignments stems from the relationship we have with the various authorities involved in the immigration process. This includes the National Immigration Institute as well as the Mexican Embassies and Consulates around the world.

The strength of our partnerships has always been built on transparency and communication. We have had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the above-mentioned authorities and have communicated various challenges that may affect the private sector, while offering opportunities to modify immigration regulations. We have also increased our operational efficiency and presented initiatives for new visas to help promote talent and boost the Mexican economy.

As a trusted advisor to the National Immigration Institute, S&B is in full compliance with immigration guidelines and regulations, allowing for efficient processing and expedited resolutions.

Customer service:

Hiring a provider can be a complicated and frustrating task, which is why we do not pretend to reinvent the wheel. We keep the client’s experience of working in a foreign country top of mind. Our job is to take on the workload and follow up on processing status, among other coordination tasks.

We go the extra mile to create value-added materials, such as “guides to your city” where we offer tips or recommendations on “what to do,” “where to go on the weekend,” “emergency phone numbers,” and “safety guides.” Additional resources include: “what to do in the event of an earthquake,” and “what to do if you lose your immigration form.”

Furthermore, S&B acknowledges the important moments in life and will happily recognize our clients’ birthdays and professional achievements.

Communication:

Although it may seem a basic element in every provider, we know that expectations are not always met. Waiting for an update or not receiving a response as promised it can be very frustrating. Additional examples include sending an email and not receiving an answer. For this reason, we decided to implement a model where we impose our own rules and if we do not comply, our clients benefit economically.

We set up clear KPI´s in our agreement in which clients can clearly identify timelines and when employees can expect an answer from us.

We go the extra mile

We like to pamper our clients, that is why we created value-added materials, such as “guides to your city” where we offer tips or recommendations on “what to do,” “where to go on the weekend,” “emergency phone numbers,” and “safety guides.” Additional resources include: “what to do in the event of an earthquake,” and “what to do if you lose your immigration form.”

Furthermore, S&B acknowledges the important moments in life and will happily recognize our clients’ birthdays and professional achievements.

What does this mean?

When things do not go as planned, we offer creative solutions. As mentioned, we set clear KPI’s through the migration process. If they are not met, a discount will be applied. If a migration process is not resolved within the contractually established timeframe, our clients will be financially compensated.

We pride ourselves on being proactive. We aim to keep our clients updated on any changes in immigration legislation that could impact the company and its assignees, as well as communicating any relevant information about our clients’ stay in the country.
